David and Mephibosheth- June 2, 2024

2 Samuel 9: 1-13 Our kids learned four valuable lessons from the above bible portion during Sunday school. Lessons on Kindness from life of David and Mephibosheth 1 Samuel 9: 1 to 13 Kindness Beyond Obligation: David’s actions go beyond what is required or expected. Despite being king and having no obligation to Saul’s family, David actively seeks an opportunity to show kindness.    Loyalty and Keeping Promises: David honors his covenant with Jonathan. This loyalty highlights the importance of keeping promises and being loyal to our commitments. Compassion for the Vulnerable: Mephibosheth is vulnerable, both physically (being crippled) and politically (as a descendant of the former king). David’s compassion for him shows that kindness involves recognizing and uplifting those in vulnerable positions. Unconditional Kindness: David’s kindness is not contingent on what Mephibosheth can offer in return. This exemplifies the nature of unconditional kindness—offering help and support without expecting anything back. Reflecting God’s Kindness: David’s kindness can be seen as a reflection of God’s kindness to us. Just as David sought out Mephibosheth, God seeks lost people to show them love and grace. The story of David and Mephibosheth is a timeless example of kindness, rooted in loyalty and compassion it can transform lives, help our kids to be proactive, support the vulnerable, practice unconditional kindness, and promote dignity. Be kind and helpful have a blessed week ahead.

JOB & his patience under suffering- May 5, 2024

Bible Passage to read: Book of JOB Job is the prime illustration of patience among the numerous examples in the Old Testament. Job’s patience stands out because Job’s story is extreme in the amount of suffering he endured. In a single day, he lost his children and all his wealth, followed by being covered with painful sores. Even his wife urged him to curse God and die. When his friends finally arrived to comfort him, they couldn’t even recognize him from a distance. Adding to Job’s pain, they falsely accused him of wrongdoing and blamed his troubles on his unrepentant heart. Despite these trials, Job patiently endured as per the Bible. Today, the patience of Job serves as an inspiration to our kids who face times of struggle and suffering. No matter what happens, Kids learn that we are called to follow Job’s example as we patiently endure in service and worship to the Lord, remembering that our Lord is the God of compassion and mercy! Have a blessed week!

The Missionary Story of Martin Luther – April 28, 2024

During Missionary Week, our children delved into the revolutionary story of Martin Luther, a German theologian, professor, pastor, and church reformer. St. Martin Luther, as a historical figure, is known for his role in the Protestant Reformation rather than missionary work in the traditional sense. However, his actions and teachings have undoubtedly influenced missions and Christian outreach over the centuries.  Kids learnt how to be bold like Martin Luther against powerful opposition. They explored Luther’s Ninety-Five Theses and how these ignited the Protestant Reformation. Reflecting on Luther’s life left a profound impact on our children, inspiring them to share their insights and admiration for his courage and conviction. We believe these lessons will empower our children to stand steadfast when faced with challenges in their own lives.

Despite being brought before the authorities and beaten for doing what was right, Paul and Silas chose to praise and worship God while in jail, alongside other prisoners. Witnessing God’s miraculous works even within the confines of the prison emphasized the importance of our testimony during difficult times. Paul and Silas didn’t flee; they recognized that God was at work, using their adversity for a greater purpose. One significant lesson imparted to the children today is that true joy is not only found in victory but also in the moments of defeat.

JESUS Birth – March 3, 2024

Theme ‘JOY’- Matthew 2: 10-11 Joy is a fruit of the Spirit, available to all believers as they abide in Christ. God gives us joy and peace. Real joy comes from God and is ours forever. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. This month, under the theme of the fruit of the spirit, our focus is on Joy. Our goal is to grasp that authentic joy stems from the divine and is enduringly ours. During a recent session, children were captivated by an object lesson that illuminated the disparity between fleeting worldly happiness, dependent on favorable circumstances, and the enduring joy bestowed by God, which persists even in the face of adversity. The wise men exemplified this profound joy upon encountering the birth of Jesus, their elation reignited upon rediscovering the guiding Star. Today, we are assured of the same joy through Jesus, regardless of our circumstances, leading us towards the eternal promise of life everlasting. Children now understand that Jesus alone is the wellspring of our joy, while worldly pleasures fall short of true satisfaction.

November Month – Theme ‘Forgiveness’ The Power of Forgiveness: Lessons from the Life of Stephen in the Bible Today is a new month with new topic for the Month of November- Forgiveness is a fundamental concept in the teachings of Christianity, and the life of Stephen, a prominent figure in the New Testament, provides a powerful example of the importance of forgiveness. Stephen’s life and the valuable lessons it offers on forgiveness, especially for children. Stephen’s Story: Stephen was one of the early Christian disciples, known for his unwavering faith and commitment to spreading the message of Jesus Christ. One of the most remarkable events in his life was his martyrdom. Facing Persecution: Stephen faced intense persecution for his faith, which culminated in a trial before the religious authorities of his time. Despite being falsely accused and harshly treated, he maintained his faith and integrity. The Power of Forgiveness: In the midst of his trials, Stephen demonstrated the power of forgiveness. Even as he was being stoned to death, he prayed for his persecutors, saying, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them” (Acts 7:60). This act of forgiveness, even in his last moments, exemplifies the teachings of Jesus to “love your enemies” and “forgive those who sin against you.” Why Forgiveness Is Important for Kids: Our RWC Children learnt valuable lessons from Stephen’s story about forgiveness: The life of Stephen in the Bible serves as a compelling example of the transformative power of forgiveness. Teaching children about forgiveness through his story can help them develop empathy, promote healing, and contribute to a more peaceful world, aligning with the core principles of Christianity and universal values of compassion and understanding.

Monthly Theme: Belief – The Repentant Thief on the Cross (Luke 23) In today’s Kids Church, we explored a valuable lesson about the belief of the repentant thief on the cross. This lesson helped children grasp the concept of a repentant heart and salvation through faith. As the suffering on the cross unfolded, both Jesus and the thief endured the agony of this cruel execution. The thief, witnessing all that Jesus was going through, came to a profound realization of his own sinfulness. This epiphany led him to believe in Jesus as the Savior King who could usher him into the heavenly kingdom. Through his unwavering belief, the repentant thief immediately secured his eternal life in paradise with Jesus. Children now understand the importance of repentance and faith in Jesus for their own salvation. May 21, 2023 RWC Sunday School – Compassion Month ‘The Parable of the Lost Son’

The Parable of the Lost Son The Parable of the Prodigal Son is a well-known story from the Bible, in the book of Luke 15:11-32. It is a powerful parable shared by Jesus to illustrate the limitless mercy and compassion of God towards those who repent. The Context: Jesus tells the parable in response to the Pharisees and scribes, who were criticizing him for associating with tax collectors and sinners. He uses this story to highlight God’s love for those who have strayed and to challenge the self-righteous attitudes of His listeners. Key Teachings a) God’s Unconditional Love: The parable showcases God’s unconditional love and forgiveness. Despite the younger son’s rebelliousness and wasteful living, the father welcomes him back with open arms. This highlights God’s desire for all people to repent and return to Him, no matter how far they have strayed. b) Repentance and Forgiveness: The prodigal son’s decision to return to his father symbolizes repentance—a genuine turning away from sin and a desire to be reconciled. The story emphasizes that God eagerly forgives those who humbly seek forgiveness. c) Avoiding Self-Righteousness: The parable challenges the self-righteous attitudes of the elder son and the Pharisees. It teaches that being judgmental and self-righteous can hinder one’s ability to appreciate and participate in the forgiveness and love of God. d) God’s Joy over Repentance: The father’s celebration upon the prodigal son’s return illustrates God’s joy over a sinner who repents. It conveys the message that heaven rejoices when a lost soul is found and restored. Through The Parable of the Prodigal Son our kids learnt profound lessons about God’s love, forgiveness, and the importance of repentance. It reminds them that no matter how far we may have strayed or how grievously we have sinned, God is always ready to welcome us back into His loving embrace. Have a Blessed weekend!

One notable act of Jesus’ compassion recorded in the Bible is the healing of two blind men. This event is mentioned in the Gospel of Matthew 20: 29-34. This act of Jesus’ compassion demonstrates his willingness to listen and respond to the needs of those who seek him. Despite the crowd’s attempt to silence the blind men, Jesus showed them kindness and gave them His full attention. He recognized their faith and desire for healing, and in response, he restored their sight, granting them the ability to see. Throughout his ministry, Jesus consistently showed compassion to the sick, the marginalized, and the outcasts of society. Our kids learnt in the Sunday school that the healing of the two blind men was one of the powerful examples of Jesus’ compassion and his willingness to extend his love and grace to all who seek him. Those who were afflicted with leprosy were considered unclean and were isolated from the  society. Kids were deeply moved by knowing Jesus’ deep compassion for the suffering and marginalized people . In a society where lepers were shunned and avoided, Jesus showed his willingness to reach out and make physical contact with someone considered unclean. Secondly, by touching the leper, Jesus not only healed him physically but also restored his social and religious standing. Key learnings: Jesus’ act of touching the leper conveyed a message of love, acceptance, and divine authority. It revealed Jesus as the embodiment of God’s compassion and power. Jesus alone can transform lives and restore wholeness. Have a blessed weekend!

Even though situation seems impossible, God made it possible. But Esther had to do her part for God to do His work. When we have eyes of faith, we can see how God miraculously does His work in our lives. Bible quiz- Book of Mark Bible Quizzes are always intriguing, and it is one of the encouraging factors for our kids to read Bible every day. This quarter Bible quiz was from the Book of Mark and it was based on age category. We had three different styles for kids to participate in the Bible quiz. It is vital to have such quizzes to teach them how important  the Word of God is. Bible says in John 1:1  “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” The Word of God was there from the beginning. Through the Word, God created the world. Let us encourage our kids to read the word daily and to meditate on it.

Fear Of God Vs Fear Of Evil- ‘Elisha And The Invisible Army’ This is what the kids learnt this week as our theme for this month is ‘ Fear of the Lord’. Elisha was fearless even though the city of Dothan was surrounded by the enemy’s camp. Elisha’s servant was frightened seeing this. But Elisha prayed and Lord opened the servant’s eyes and he saw that mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire was all around Elisha. God is our protector! The kids learnt to distinguish fear of God and fear of evil. No matter what we go through, we should never fear evil. Kids learnt about Elisha’s fearless spirit and how powerfully God used him. They also did some craft work which they always enjoy doing it. May the Fear of God alone lead our kids and may they stand bold for the Kingdom of God like many other prophets mentioned in the Bible.Hold us in prayers and for revival in our GTA, Have blessed week!!

Topic: Fear of God vs Evil Memory Verse Proverbs 19:23 The fear of the Lord leads to life,And he who has it will abide in satisfaction; He will not be visited with evil. We welcome this new month while giving thanks to God Almighty for helping us complete the previous month’s learning at Kids Church. The theme for this month is “Fear of the Lord”. In this series for this week, we discussed the fear of the great Prophet Elijah, towards the evil queen Jezebel and how God delivered him from that fear and took him into His Mighty Kingdom. As scripture says in 2 Timothy 1:7, kids learnt that God has not given us the spirit of fear instead He has given us the spirit of power and of love and of a sound mind. Kids also learnt that our Lord Jesus Himself is with us always. Whenever they go through any scary moments in their lives , they can claim the promise that the Lord has given us, not to be afraid and to have complete trust in Him. We had a joyful and fun filled learning of God’s Words in Kids Church! Have a wonderful month in Christ!

Topic: Wisdom of Wise and the foolish ‘The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction’- Proverbs 1:7This week in the kids Church we discussed the need for Wisdom from God. The parable of Wise and Foolish builders that Jesus taught us in the Bible helped us envision this effortlessly. To stand firm in any rain and storm, the foundation of a house needs to be laid on the rock.Likewise to stand firm in the trials and temptations of life we need the foundation of our life to be laid on the Word of God.Knowing the word, keeping them in our heart and obeying the Word of God are the key secrets to stand strong in all storms of our life.Come join us in RWC Kids Church to learn more of such secrets of life from the Bible. Topic for January Month: Wisdom of God Memory VerseJames 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. As we enter the New year, we are excited to kick start our RWC kids church with interesting themes. This year our focus and prayer is to instill godly characteristics in our kids by teaching them stories from the bible. To start with, in the month of January we would be covering Bible portions under the topic ‘Wisdom’. Scripture says in Proverbs 3:13 that Wisdom is worth more than rubies, more than anything that money can buy. It is understanding and knowing the difference between what is right and what is wrong. This week we learnt about wisdom through the life of ‘King Solomon’. Kids learnt the importance of seeking wisdom than seeking prosperity. They also learnt how wisdom is needed in order to be a great leader & to guide others. Let us also like King Solomon, ask for wisdom and receive it! Have a blessed week !

Chosen Vessel for God – Story of Joseph Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,I will fear no evil; For you are with me;your rod and Your staff, they comfort me As we step into the last quarter of the year, we are pleased to lead the Bible portion under the new theme ‘Chosen Vessel of God’. We see many characters in the Bible who were chosen by God to lead his people in the right path. One among them was Joseph. Joseph’s life history was shared to our kids, especially the Pit-Prison-Palace experiences. Joseph’s story shows how people can experience God’s presence even in difficult circumstances. Joseph’s life story teaches us that God is in control, and He is faithful to His promises.  Through Joseph’s life, kids learnt how to respond to a negative situation. They also learnt to forgive other mistakes. May we surrender our adversaries to God and allow God alone to control our life. Have a blessed week and try to forgive your enemies!

Missionary Week – Mary Slessor This week was Missionary week and at Kids church we learnt about the biography of Scottish missionary Mary Slessor. She was the one who went on spreading the gospel and lived among the tribes of Nigeria. Mary Slessor was a dedicated missionary in the late 1800s to early 1900s, who with vigor and passion built the Lord’s Kingdom to Africa. Through this missionary’s life, kids learnt how to transform a nation through the gospel and to reach the unreached people. Their take home lesson was how God answers the prayer when we asked in faith. We ended the session watching video and engaging in the interactive session of activities related to the biography of Mary Slessor. At RWC kids church we share exciting stories of missionaries to allow the kids to understand how the spirit is at work in our world and to motivate them to serve God in all circumstances. Get inspired and keep inspiring others.  Have a blessed week ahead!!!

Power of God ‘Jairus Daughter and Tabitha’ It was a refreshing experience for the kids to congregate under the tree shade and learn the Bible stories. As you rightly guessed, the kids church on 18th Sep was conducted in a park nearby (Chinguacousy Park). ‘The Power of God can raise up even the dead and if you believe you will also do greater works like Jesus. ‘ The kids were able to understand the above statement using two stories from the Bible. Jairus, one of the rulers of Synagogue, pleaded Jesus to save his daughter. And seeing his faith, Jesus raised up the little girl from death. Likewise one of Jesus’s disciples Simon Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit and the power of God, raised Tabitha from death. Our God is a true living God yesterday, today, and forever. And His Power manifests not only during the days of Bible stories but even today! Kids beautifully learnt the Power of God in these stories.  Now how about your faith in God and His Power in you ? Think about it ! Have a blessed week !

Power of God-Peter and John with cripple man Memory Verse: Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give to you.  In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” From the scripture of Acts 3: 6-10, kids were taught about how Peter and John were able to perform miracle with the power they had in the name of Jesus.  Kids could relate the story to their personal situation and shared their testimonies how God answered their prayers when they asked in Jesus’ name. It was one of the interactive sessions and it kindled the faith in every kid. Learning outcome for this week. •Taking and grabbing all the opportunity that comes to proclaim the name of the LORD •Standing bold and being a blessing for needy •Having faith with action will help to bring repentance to the people around us like how Peter and John did. Power of God-Elijah and the fire from heaven Memory Verse: James 5:17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months You shall have no other gods before Me. We know that’s the first and foremost commandment of our God. But the people of Israel turned away from God very easily and were worshiping the idols and false Gods following the false prophets of Baal. This week in Kids church we are so excited along with the kids to lean about the Challenge on Mount Carmel made between the false God Baal and the God of Israel. When Elijah prayed earnestly God sent his miraculous fire from heaven that proved that there is no other God than the one true God of Israel. Sometimes we are also carried away by lot of the worldly things forgetting the true and only God. Let’s turn back to Him to receive the rain of blessings that He have in store for His people. God bless you all!

Week of Missionary -Samuel Morris Missionary week – At Sunday school we learnt about ‘Samuel Morris – The African Missionary’. We have heard of missionaries who went to Africa to tell the people about Jesus. But did you know that in the late 1800s an African man came to America to show the love of Jesus?  The short life of Samuel Morris had left long legacy of faith and fruit! His faith and preaching about Christ Jesus changed many people’s life. God used Samuel’s simple faith and strong prayer life in a mighty way. Sunday school kids were deeply inspired by this story, and they learnt age does not matter to stand for God. The only thing that matters in this world is what we do for the kingdom of God because everything else fades away. We believe and pray that our kids life is transformed, and they humble themselves for God at the young age. Be blessed!!

Power of God-fiery furnace Memory Verse: When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. Isaiah 43:2. Do you think the power of God is able fullfill this Promise verse in your life? Kids learnt the answer for this through the Bible story from Daniel chapters 1 and 3. Four friends Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah made a decision in their heart that they will not defile themselves with the unclean things of Babylon that are not pleasing God. Hence God helped them find favor in the eyes of the eunuch who oversaw them. Again, they were tested and forced to bow down and worship the idle. But they stood for God and God Stood for him in the fire. Sometimes we may also undergo the same testing as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. If you stand for Him, you will realize that the power of God is unfailing and the eyes around you will see the Victory you receive from God. May God bless you and keep you when you walk through the fire. Amen

Power of God-With God all things are possible-Part 2 Memory Verse: Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Plague of Egypt: Part 2 – Is the continuation of the ten ancient plagues of Egypt, and this week we learnt 6-10 plague of Egypt. Through Moses his servant God gave 10 chances to Pharaoh to change his mind, repent, and turn to the one true God. Every time God increased the severity of the consequence of the plagues suffered for disobedience to his request. Pharaoh, because of pride, refuses to be taught by the Lord, and receives “judgments” through the plagues. Kids learnt that God displays power, love for his own people. They could realize how miraculously God fought for rescuing his own people and they learnt to put their complete trust on God and always to remember that ‘There is only one true God who is all powerful and in control.’

Missionary Week- Eric Liddell Memory Verse: Isaiah 6:8 Also, I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send,And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” ‘Run for God, not for gold!’. This is what our kids learnt today from the life of a Scottish athlete Eric Liddel who was also an Olympic gold medal list. Liddell put God first and athletics second by rejecting a golden opportunity of participating in 100-meters race for honoring the 4th commandment of Sabbath day.He also ran for God and led many people into Christ in China. His life testimony greatly encouraged kids to put God first in all their life. ‘God will honor those who honor Him in front of all nations’ is the takeaway message from Mr. Liddell’s life. Surrender your way to Christ completely like Mr. Liddell and God will lead you for His Kingdom mightily. Amen!

Power of God-‘With God all things are possible’-Part 1 1 Corinthians 2:9 ‘No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.’ For the people of Israel lived under oppression for more than 80 years, But God heard their cries and send Moses to rescue them. The ten ancient plagues of Egypt represent God’s expression of justice and judgments, upon those who refuse to repent. We learnt about 1 to 5 plague and how the Power of God lead his own people and how it differentiated them from the people of Egypt. Very important learning outcoming for this week was the God of Israel is the One true God with complete authority over all the earth. Kids enjoyed watching video related to the topic and it helped them to remember all the plagues by heart. It was a blessed week again to remember that the LORD God whom we worship is all powerful and mighty.

“Relationship” between the famous Twins, Jacob and Esau.

This week at RWC Sunday school, we explored an engaging story from the Bible about the ‘ Relationship ’ between the famous twins, Jacob and Esau. Our focus was on Genesis 25:19-34 and 27:1-46 , where we learned about Esau and Jacob’s dynamic and how Esau despised his birthright. From this story, we discovered five valuable lessons for children: God keeps His promise in spite of man’s wrongdoings. Always strive to do the right thing and make good choices. Do not take for granted the privileges that God has given you. Deception is wrong and leads to hurt and anger. God works His plans through all kinds of people, no matter their flaws. Through the story, we highlighted how family relationships are precious. Kids learned that nurturing, forgiving, and repairing relationships are key to peace and love. Esau’s forgiveness of Jacob showed us the beauty of letting go of resentment. Even when mistakes happen, God’s grace can redeem situations, reminding us to always trust in His plan. These lessons sparked meaningful discussions about values like honesty, patience, forgiveness, and the importance of Relationships. 🌟 We look forward to seeing you all next week as we continue learning new stories and lessons in Sunday school.

A Week of Inspiration with Our Little Champs!

This past Sunday, we had another incredible and energetic week with our Little Champs, where we focused on a special lesson from the Bible: ”Little Ones from the Bible.” The children learned about the life of Timothy, a young boy from Lystra, raised by his mother Eunice and grandmother Lois. Timothy’s name means “To honor God,” and he truly lived a life that reflected his name. As we delved into his story, the children discovered how the Apostle Paul mentored Timothy during his youth. Through this, we explored five key lessons Paul shared with Timothy that continue to resonate today: Even though we are young, we can pray for everyone.1 Timothy 2:1-2 (Pray for all people, including leaders, and for peaceful living.) You are never too young to learn Scripture.2 Timothy 3:15 (Deepen your understanding of God’s word.) Age doesn’t limit your spiritual maturity.1 Timothy 4:12 (Set an example for others in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity.) Learn from others.1 Timothy 1:2 (Follow the guidance of spiritual elders.) Honor God.1 Timothy 1:17 (Put God first, live according to His word, serve others, and do good work.) Summary of the Discussion: These five powerful lessons were shared with our kids, reminding them that age is no barrier to living a godly life. We hope this seed has been deeply planted in their hearts and will continue to grow.

Kids Church – Mega Memory Verse

This week, at our Kids church we had Mega memory verse competition, where children were tasked with memorizing the full year 2024 memory verse. The majority of our children were prepared to recite the memory verse, and we had four internal judges to assess them. We are delighted that the younger generation is embracing the practice of Scripture memorization, as we believe this skill will serve them well during times of adversity. As the saying goes, “a verse a day keeps Satan away.” We are grateful to all of the judges who patiently listened to each child recite verses of the entire year, one by one. It was a truly inspiring experience to witness the dedication and talent of our children’s. Their passion for the Word of God is a testament to the strength of our community’s faith.

Significance of Numbers in the Bible

This week, our kids delved into the topic “The Church – One Body with Many Parts”, with a focus on Christ as the center of the body—the one who is greater than all. The study was based on 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 , where Paul writes:“For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.”Through this lesson, the kids learned that in God’s church, every Christian is important, and everyone has a purpose. While some roles might seem more visible or significant, the Church cannot function without the contributions of all its members.Key Takeaways from the Lesson: Christ is the Focus Point : Kids learned that Christ is the head of the Church and the center of all its functions. Each One Plays an Important Role : Every person in the Church is unique and valuable, with a role designed by God. Unity in Diversity: Despite our differences, we are united as one body in Christ. Practical Applications:The children explored how different parts of the body symbolize various roles in the Church: Hands : To comfort others. Feet : To bring others to Jesus. Mouth : To encourage and uplift others. Just like the body functions as a whole, each part contributes to the glorification of the one omnipotent God, who is Number 1. This session inspired the kids to reflect on their unique roles within the Church and how they can contribute to God’s mission with love and purpose. Have a blessed week ahead.

Importance of Balance in Life

The RWC Women’s Fellowship held its final in-person meeting for 2024 on November 16. It was a blessed time of worship and fellowship. Sis. Chris Augustine delivered a powerful message on the Importance of Balance in Life, sharing the concept of the 4S: Stature balance Soul balance Spiritual balance Social balance Her insightful message reminded us how crucial it is to maintain balance in these four areas. Everything we do, including getting adequate rest, eating healthily, and exercising regularly, should be for the glory of God, as our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). The meeting also featured a lively debate between two teams, which was both fun and meaningful. A game session got everyone engaged and moving! Prizes were awarded to participants and winners of the memory verse competition, making it a memorable and joyful time of fellowship. We thank God for His blessings in 2024 and eagerly anticipate the coming year. Wishing everyone a joyful and blessed 2025!
